About the Role
The Growth Marketing & Client Engagement Assistant will support our client’s lead generation, client communication, and training program operations, with a strong focus on inbound enquiry management, professional communication, and marketing support.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role working closely with the business owner to manage incoming opportunities, support outreach initiatives, and coordinate training activities.
The role combines marketing support, business development coordination, and operational execution, leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency, responsiveness, and consistency in communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Business Development Support • Conduct targeted research into:
- Law enforcement agencies
- Military and security organisations
- Training and strategic partners
Build and maintain qualified lead lists
Support outreach campaigns and follow-up activities
Track lead activity and pipeline progression

- Inbound Enquiries & Client Communication (High Priority)
- Manage inbound enquiries from prospective clients and training participants
- Respond in a professional, timely, and credible manner aligned with client tone
- Draft personalised responses using AI-assisted tools
- Qualify enquiries and identify potential opportunities
- Support conversion of enquiries into confirmed bookings or engagements
- Training & Program Coordination
- Assist in coordinating training schedules and program delivery
- Maintain and update training calendars and course information
- Support participant communication, confirmations, and follow-ups
- Assist with pre and post-training coordination and administration
- Marketing & Content Support
- Assist in promoting training programs and services across digital channels
- Create and schedule content for social media and email communications
- Repurpose existing content (videos, training materials, testimonials)
- Maintain consistency of brand voice and messaging
- Research & Market Intelligence
- Conduct market and competitor research within the training and tactical sectors
- Identify potential opportunities for growth and partnership
- Provide insights to support business development and marketing decisions
- AI-Enabled Workflow Support
- Use AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT) to support:
Client follow-ups
Marketing and content drafting
- Apply structured prompts aligned with client communication style
- Continuously refine workflows to improve efficiency and response quality
- 3–5 years’ experience in marketing support, virtual assistance, client coordination, or similar role
- Experience supporting professional services, training, education, or consulting environments is highly regarded
- Exposure to lead generation and client communication workflows
- Proficiency in Google Workspace/Microsoft Office
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce) preferred
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content scheduling tools
- Exposure to AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT) is highly regarded.
