Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced Mortgage & Commercial Lending Support Specialist to assist in managing a diverse pipeline of residential, business, and commercial lending transactions.
This role will support a broker working across:
- Residential home lending
- Commercial property finance
- Business and start-up lending (including financials and cash flow forecasting)
The successful candidate will contribute directly to deal execution, financial analysis, and process efficiency, supporting more complex lending scenarios.
Key Responsibilities

- Support both residential and commercial loan applications end-to-end
- Assist with: Commercial loan preparation and structuring support, Review of financial documents (company financials, BAS, cash flow forecasts), Business loan documentation and submission packs
- Work across: Asset finance transactions, Self-employed borrower scenarios, Combined residential and commercial applications
- Prepare lender-ready submission documents and supporting summaries
- Identify gaps or risks in deal structures and escalate appropriately
- Maintain accurate and well-structured client and deal records
- Assist in improving internal workflows and file management systems

Key Requirements
- 3–7+ yrs experience in mortgage broking support
- Strong experience in Australian residential lending
- Demonstrated exposure to: Commercial lending, business lending, or asset finance
- Ability to interpret: Financial statements, Income structures for self-employed borrowers,
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High level of attention to detail and ownership
- Direct experience supporting Australian commercial brokers or lenders preferred
- Exposure to SME or business lending environments preferred
- Experience working across multi-product lending scenarios preferred
- Open to PH-Based residents only.
