The Finance Support Officer will support our client’s finance operations by accurately entering application information into the loan management system, completing required searches and checks, preparing documentation, and assisting with the release of customer documents through funder portals and DocuSign.

This is a junior-level support role suited to a detail-oriented candidate with strong data entry accuracy, administrative discipline, and an interest in financial services operations.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Enter application data into client’s loan management system in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Rename, organise, and save application documents into the appropriate work-in progress folders.
  • Complete required application checks, including Google searches, Equifax, ABN, and ASIC searches.
  • Assist with preparing application and submission information for internal credit review.
  • Liaise with the internal credit team and Finance Service Officers regarding application details, document generation, and process requirements.
  •  Prepare customer documents for signing, either by wet signature or through DocuSign.
  • Access funder portals to check quote details, confirm alignment with internal system records, and release documents for customer signing.
  • Upload documents into DocuSign, mark required signing fields,and send documents to customers.
  • Monitor documentation status and assist with follow-up where documents are incomplete, unsigned, or require correction.
  • Maintain accurate records and follow application, documentation, and confidentiality procedures.
Skills and Experience:
  • Experience in administration, data entry, finance support, loan processing, documentation support, or a similar back-office role.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of data entry accuracy.
  • Ability to follow structured procedures and complete repetitive tasks consistently.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage documents, folders, naming conventions, and digital records accurately.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to manage several applications or documentation tasks at the same time.
