- Develop, customise, and optimise Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, Lightning App Builder, and other Salesforce technologies.
- Deliver tailored solutions using Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, plus others.
- Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems and APIs to ensure smooth and secure data exchange.
- Configure and maintain Lightning Flows, validation rules, and user/security settings.
- Conduct code reviews, debug and troubleshoot system issues, and implement performance improvements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions.
- Apply best practices for Salesforce development to ensure scalable and maintainable outcomes.
- Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and make recommendations for enhancements.
- Proven experience as a Senior Salesforce Developer with strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, and SOQL.
- Must be residing in Philippines.
- Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration tools (Lightning Flows, validation rules).
- Familiarity with roles, profiles, permission sets, and other security settings.
- Salesforce certification required - Developer or Consultant certification acceptable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communicator who can collaborate with internal and external teams.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA.
