POSITION CATEGORY:

Undertake compliance reviews across the Company to monitor the level of compliance with Company policy, predetermined credit standards and legislation.

Work Arrangement: 
- 20k-25k basic plus allowance.
- Morning Shift 
- Onsite role in Ortgias Center, Pasig City 

 

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
 
  • Provide high level of accurate and efficient data entry services to assist the needs of the Company
  • Process the documentations received for mortgage applications in accordance to the agreed service standards and established policies and procedures
  • Demonstrate the ability to follow policies and procedures
  • Update work in progress and timeliness in the system daily
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion over sensitive documents
  • Provide assistance to Credit team as the need arises

SELECTION CRITERIA
 
  • Possess a “can do” attitude
  • Accurate typing skills – minimum 35 words per minute; 90% accuracy
  • High level of skills in all Microsoft Office Programs and the internet
  • Previous experience in a similar role or administrative position is an advantage
  • Proficient in verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as autonomously, if needed
  • Self-motivated, has a positive attitude and ha a string work ethic
  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City
