The Marketing Manager leads the global marketing strategy and is accountable for marketing delivery across the client’s charitable and corporate-program entities.
The role owns brand consistency, campaign planning, content direction, partner marketing and performance reporting, while leading two Philippines-based Marketing Coordinators and working closely with Australian and international stakeholders.
This is a senior, hands-on role for a marketer who can move confidently between strategy, execution, coaching and stakeholder engagement.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain an integrated global marketing strategy, annual plan and campaign calendar aligned with our client’s charitable, corporate-program and growth priorities.
Lead brand positioning, messaging and storytelling across group entities, ensuring a consistent voice while adapting content for distinct audiences, programs and markets.
Directly manage two Marketing Coordinators, including setting priorities, allocating workloads, monitoring delivery and output quality, providing coaching and feedback, and maintaining accountability for agreed objectives and deadlines.
Plan and oversee multi-channel campaigns across website, email, social media, digital content, events, partner channels, earned media and fundraising communications.
Translate organizational priorities and program outcomes into compelling content themes, campaign concepts and practical execution plans.
Partner with program, fundraising, partnerships, sales and leadership teams to support acquisition, engagement, retention and revenue or fundraising objectives.
Guide corporate partner marketing, campaign toolkits, co-branded materials and stakeholder communications for our client’s programs.
Maintain brand governance, editorial standards, asset libraries and approval processes across markets and entities.
Define performance measures, monitor campaign and channel results, and provide concise reporting and recommendations to leadership.
Manage external creative, media or digital suppliers when required, including briefs, budgets, timelines and quality assurance.
Monitor sector, audience, platform and competitor developments and apply relevant insights to the client’s marketing approach.
Remain willing to create, edit and publish priority content directly when needed in a lean and collaborative team environment.
Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
At least 8 years’ progressive marketing or communications experience, including substantial responsibility for marketing strategy, team leadership and integrated campaign delivery.
Demonstrated ability to develop strategy and convert it into disciplined, high quality execution across multiple channels.
Excellent written and spoken English, with advanced editing, narrative development and stakeholder presentation capability.
Strong experience in brand management, content marketing, digital channels, email marketing, social media and campaign measurement.
Experience working with international stakeholders; exposure to Australian organizations, nonprofits, social enterprises, ESG, sustainability or corporate partnerships is highly regarded.
Working knowledge of common marketing platforms such as a CRM or email system, CMS, social scheduling, analytics, project management and design collaboration tools.
Evidence of successful remote team leadership and the ability to manage multiple workstreams across functions and time zones.
A portfolio or work samples demonstrating strategic thinking, campaign leadership and high-quality communication.

We Are Offering
A competitive salary in the range of P110,000 to P150,000 per month, aligned to skills, experience and qualifications.
The role will work a schedule aligned with Australian and/or Philippine business hours. US working hours are not required. Some flexibility will be required from time to time to accommodate meetings, presentations and other business activities.
