As an Inbound Client Service Officer, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional
customer experiences. You will be responsible for addressing enquiries, resolving issues,
and providing information to our clients, ensuring they receive accurate and timely
assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding

Issue Resolution:
• Investigate and resolve customer concerns, discrepancies, or issues related to
financial transactions.
• Ensure timely and effective resolution while adhering to company policies and
regulatory guidelines.
Compliance:
• Adhere to all relevant regulatory guidelines and company policies.
• Ensure that customer interactions are conducted in compliance with legal and
ethical standards.
Documentation:
• Accurately document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the
company's CRM system.
• Identify and escalate recurring issues and contribute to continuous improvement
initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Confident spoken and written English.
• A positive, helpful, and outgoing personality.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in a financial services setting.
• Very customer-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Proficient in using PC and MS Office tools.
• Understanding of Australian Privacy and KYC framework desirable.

• Allowances of up to P1,000 per week

• Australian business hours (morning/day schedule) Monday to Friday
• Please note, this is a full-time onsite role in Ortigas Center (near Robinsons
Galleria)
